Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Simba Management Cleaning, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness for both our clients and our team. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. This will allow us to accommodate other clients. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service50% of the total service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    • No-shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property or the service is canceled upon arrival, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, illness, or any other events that affect our ability to deliver the service. In the event of a cancellation by Simba Management Cleaning, we will provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule the service at your convenience.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are offered only in cases where the cleaning service has been completed but does not meet the quality standards as outlined in the service agreement. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion so we can address your concerns. We may offer a re-clean or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • Partial Refunds: If you believe the service provided was incomplete or did not meet the expected standards, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis after an investigation of the circumstances.

  • Non-refundable Services: Certain services, such as customized cleaning packages, pre-paid contracts, or services performed according to client requests, may not be refundable.
